Academic Work is looking for a System Specialist for Sensisto!

In this position you will manage and monitor the Linux servers. Your tasks vary according to your skills and previous experience. First you take over maintaining and monitoring then moving towards DevOps and testing and development. You will be working in an open and positive environment. Sensisto offers a technologically sound, no-nonsense platform to learn and develop further. They also leverage open source technologies with strong communities, so skills learned there will not be wasted. Sensisto’s systems extend to hardware, so you might also be used in installation as well.

VAATIMUKSET
We are looking for a person who has previous experience on Linux servers and infrastructure. You have the programming skills in order to write shell scripts in Python. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of work experience on similar tasks. However, if you can show your interest and passion through your own projects towards this job, please apply. We appreciate all Linux projects you’ve done on your free time and during your studies.
Previous experience / knowhow on cloud services and monitoring technologies (Zabbix, Nagios, Monit) are appreciated.
