ABOUT THE ROLE
Academic Work is looking for two user success specialists to our client.
This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Service-Flow.
JOB DUTIES
Our client is a software service provider specialized in developing and producing the world’s first SaaS solution for Service integration. Your area of expertise will be working in the support and production functions of Service-Flow. The tasks include providing problem solving for Service-Flow’s customers with the support of senior software architects and programmers. Typical support issues could regard for example questions about the features and functions of Service-Flow or the safety measurements of the product. As you learn and develop your skills, you will be able to take on more responsibilities and grow within the company.
The job includes:
-Supporting and providing customer-facing answers and solutions
-Working in the Service-Flow production functions
-Collaboration with the senior software architects and programmers

-BSc or MSc Degree in Software Engineering or related field
-Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills in English
-Basic knowledge of software services
-A desire to provide customer-facing solutions in software services and integration
Demonstrated skill in the use of one or more software tools or languages (e.g. Java) will be seen as an advantage in this position.
