This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Sergel Oy.
JOB DUTIES
In this position, your role is to provide accurate, timely, relevant and quality analysis while driving data insights for a dynamic business. You will be working in a team that delivers end-to-end BI and analytics solutions as actionable recommendations to business. You will get to engage in critical problem solving through data modeling, mining, predictive analytics, pattern recognition, machine learning, and statistics. In this position, you will be supported by a senior professional and will have the opportunity to grow and learn by doing.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate has an applicable education and enthusiastic attitude towards all things related to BI, machine learning and data analysis. You might be already graduated or just finishing your studies. Succeeding in this position requires strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Furthermore, you are also eager to develop yourself and willing to play for the team.

-Strong listening, verbal, written and presentation skills in English
-Demonstrated skill in the use of one or more analytic software tools or languages (e.g., R, Python, or other analytical

-Strong data-driven thinking and ambition to develop your skills
It is also seen as an advantage if you have earlier experience in databases (SQL), Power BI and other BI softwares.
