Academic Work is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to our client UPM Finland.
This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at UPM Finland.
Job duties
In this position, you will be working in close collaboration with the Project Manager in a Windows 10 roll-out. You will be responsible for managing the schedule for changing the Windows 10 non-compatible work stations to new ones. An important part of this work is communication with different stakeholders within and outside the project. You will work with a lot of data regarding different tools and sites where UPM operates. Documentation and reporting, mainly using Excel, is also a big part of the job.

We are looking for
Our ideal candidate is a confident Excel user with an understanding of project management and what project-based work means. We prefer a candidate with solid computer skills in order to understand the nature of the roll-out. You have excellent communication skills, and you are a proactive person who likes to take initiative and work independently. The job also includes managing and maintaining the plan for the project. Thus you’ll need a logical and analytical mindset and you thrive in a fast and changing work environment. The role requires communication skills in English but we also prefer skills in Finnish.
