Academic Work is looking for a Junior DevOps Specialist to our client Biocomputing Platforms Ltd Oy.

JOB DUTIES
In this position, you make sure that Biocomputing`s deployments run smoothly and that cloud capacity is used effectively. As a Junior DevOps Specialist you are responsible for implementing and managing infrastructure solutions and take care of configuration automation codebase. You will take care that developers are able to utilize it with ease. You don´t yet need to have experience in DevOps, we are searching for a person to grow into the role slowly.
This position suits you, who is not afraid new challenges and strive for continuous improvement.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate has a relevant academic background and has working experience from IT field. You have experience in Linux environment and database servers, plus knowledge of TCP/IP networks. You are interested in proactively solving complex problems, prioritizing and can control entities easily. You are the one we´re looking for if you communicate effectively and clearly within your team and with clients and it´s easy for you to make decisions in sometimes fast environment. Additionally, you have a motivated and eager attitude and you are fluent in English.
