Academic Work is looking for Process Specialist to Espoo.

JOB DUTIES
As a Process Specialist you will be taking care of Software Asset Management (SAM) process as well as implementation and management of selected ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes in the client company.
You will work closely with licenses, manage license contracts and maintain knowledge about license requirements and development. You will also maintain and develop sourcing channels and partner network and manage software audits. As a Process Specialist you will also have ITIL process ownership and focus on incident, problem and change management. Your tasks include also supporting sites to implement IT General controls, such as logical access, change management including segregation of duties and disaster recovery.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has suitable educational background and good written and communication skills in English. We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience and understanding of software licensing. You have ability to take responsibility, manage projects independently and have strong interest towards development.
