ABOUT THE ROLE
Academic Work is looking for a Summer Trainee to our client SSAB.
This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at SSAB.
JOB DUTIES
In this position, you will participate in operational IT service activities including daily coordination and weekly reporting. In weekly reporting you will create and approve service status reports. Daily coordination tasks include monitoring the services, helping in communication between the teams or teams and customer, communicating in outages, for example.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate is a student from the relevant field, preferably IT or alternatively business/engineering. You have a solid interest towards ICT Service Management. You have good communication skills and you communicate fluently in English.
